What are the different parts for?

There are 3 parts to the quick release:

The motor mount, the S1 adapter and the S2 adapter. The motor mount is needed for any configuration of the quick release as it is the part that stays on the Logitech motor. The S1 adapter is needed for the stock Logitech round wheel only. The S2 adapter is needed for the F1L Series Two, GTS Series Two and Series One wheels.

How can I use a Series 1 wheel and the Logitech round wheel?

To change between these two wheels you will need the S1 adapter for the Logitech round wheel and the S2 adapter for the Series 1 wheel. On the motor side you will need the motor mount.

How can I use a Series 2 wheel and the Logitech round wheel?

To change between these two wheels you will need the S2 adapter for the Series 2 wheel and the S1 adapter for the Logitech round wheel. On the motor side you will need the motor mount.

How can I use a Series 1 and a Series 2 wheel?

To change between these two wheels you need a 2 x S2 adapters, one for each wheel. On the motor side you will need the motor mount.

How can I use the F1L Series 2 and the GTS Series 2 wheel?

To change between these two wheels you need 2 x S2 adapters (one for each wheel). On the motor side you will need the motor mount.

How can I use the legacy F1 wheels (without internal electronics) and the Logitech round wheel?

This is not possible as both wheel require the electronics and paddle shifters.
