Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return items back within 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 10 days of purchase. Shipping and handling outside of the United Kingdom  is non-refundable. Please note we are unable to return funds to any other account other than the original payment method.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the item is returned we will initiate the refund process. Please note, you must include your order number in the return package for the refund to be processed.

For UK customers: Every shipment includes a return label. If you do not have the label, please send the return item via Royal Mail, Small Parcel Service, Tracked 48 - follow this link to get a label.

Email a photo of the shipping receipt with the tracking number to support@mvhstudios.co.uk so we can track and refund the shipping cost of up to 4GBP to your original payment method if applicable.

Additionally for USA, EU, AUSTRALIA and other international customers:

Use a non insured, small/medium parcel service such as your local postal system or UPS for the return shipment. Clearly mark returned items as "Returned Goods – Warranty Repair". If you are using UPS or another courier service please contact us for the necessary shipping documents that need to be filled out by you for the shipment. Please also ensure that the value declared for the return is 20 USD / 40 AUD / 25 Euro, independent of the contents, as any more will incur customs charges for the return and those will be deducted from the refund total.

Email a photo of the shipping receipt with the tracking number to support@mvhstudios.co.uk so we can track and refund the shipping cost of up to 15GBP to your original payment method if applicable.

Failed Delivery & Returns Policy

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or failing to collect the parcel from the designated pickup location, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs (both initial and return) may be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is returned in damaged or non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee.
