Feel when a shift is refused
When the gear-engagement conditions are not met, the gate physically stays closed. You feel the restriction through the lever, rather than relying only on an on-screen indication that the shift failed.
Bash active shifters · Engineered by MVHStudios
A gear change should feel connected to the car. Our active shifters bring gearbox behaviour into your hands, combining tactile engagement with physical lockouts driven by live game telemetry.

A different kind of connection
When the gear-engagement conditions are not met, the gate physically stays closed. You feel the restriction through the lever, rather than relying only on an on-screen indication that the shift failed.
Live telemetry informs the shifting logic. When the conditions are right, a servo-driven mechanism releases the gate in milliseconds, connecting your technique to the moment the gear can engage.
Positive tactile feedback makes engagement distinct. The haptics and shifting logic take their cues from real gearboxes, giving each change a mechanical sense of purpose.
Why active makes a difference
A conventional passive shifter can give you a pleasing mechanical action, but its gate does not respond to what the simulated gearbox is doing.
Active gate control adds that missing connection. A shift can be physically refused or released according to the selected mode and the available game data. Clutch use, rev matching and timing become something you can feel through the lever.
Hardware meets live data
Our dedicated BASH Active Shifter plugin connects the hardware to SimHub. Manage shifting modes and gear-ratio training, and turn the game's telemetry into physical gate control.
From circuit racing and rally to drifting and trucking, SimHub provides a broad foundation across the sim-driving world. Explore its supported games and choose the shifting behaviour that suits your car.
Active features require a PC running SimHub and the MVH plugin. Available behaviour depends on the game, its telemetry and your configuration; SimHub support does not guarantee every active feature in every title. Console connection options vary by shifter.
