The MVH S-Brake is a unique 2 in 1 design. With a simple turn of the dial you can convert the S-Brake from a handbrake to a sequential shifter and back again. Using the S-Brake adapter you can plug it into the Logitech H-pattern shifter connector of your wheelbase.
Using the S-Brake adapter you connect the S-Brake to the Logitech H pattern shifter connector (on the bottom of the motorbase). This also means you cannot use the Logitech shifter at the same time.
For years Logitech drivers have been looking for a handbrake or sequential shifter solution. There are many DIY ideas trying to solve the issue. From rubber bands on the Logitech H-Shifter to soldering wires onto the Logitech wheelhub PCB. None of these are easy, reliable and just work. With the development of the S-Brake adapter you connect the S-Brake directly into the Logitech H-Pattern connector. From there our S-Brake now maps onto the 3rd and 4th gear of the Logitech H-Pattern shifter. Depending on how you map those in game, you can now use the S-Brake as a sequential shifter or as a hand brake (ebrake). This also means it will work on consoles just as well as PC - no added drivers needed!
The main housing is FDM printed with carbon fibre PLA and we use multiple shells with high levels of infill, combining structural design and print orientation to make it nearly indestructable. The actuation is done with high quality microswitches and the very satisfying detent is achieved with a steel bearing plunger. The grip is CNC machined aluminium and anodized. Additionally the push back for the handbrake mode is achieved with an adjustable steel spring. The base plate of the S-Brake can be mounted to any aluminium extrusion rig, mounting stand or via included table clamp.

The installation is easy to do, does not require any wiring or soldering skills and is fully reversible, so it will not void your warranty. The Logitech wheel, pedals, custom wheels and quick release are NOT included.
