Ways to pay at MVH Studios
MVH Studios Online Store accepts most credit cards, Shopify, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Your payment information is handled securely. Please note that MVH Studios does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

1. Are there any extra fees when I buy MVH Studios products from within the EU?
MVH Studios is IOSS certified which means any order shipped from the UK to the EU will not incure any customs fees or additional charges. The prices shown on checkout include the VAT of your EU country.
2. What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If the payment has been declined, please place the order again as we’re not able to reinstate the order. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing new orders, please check the information listed below:
Order information: e.g., phone number, email address
Card details: e.g., the expiration date, security code and your billing address
If everything is correct, try paying with another card or form of payment.
Note: If using Paypal, we can only accept USD, GBP and Euro via Paypal. Other currencies might incure conversion fees from Paypal to the buyer. In those cases it is usually more economical to use a credit card for the payment.
3. How long do refunds take to process?
