Service:
I had had already contacted MVH Studios via Discord before ordering because I had a few questions. These were all answered within a day. That's service.

Ordering and Delivery:
After placing the order, I received an email, which was even in German, summarizing all the relevant information. One day later I already received another email consisting the tracking number. Another day later, I was informed, that the parcel already arrived in Germany. So the total delivery took one week and was way faster than the stated 10 business days (of which the German parcel service needed four days for delivery alone).

Installation:
Installing the set was relatively easy, especially thanks to the detailed videos available on YouTube. The only difficulty: if you've mounted the pedals to a rig, the screw for attaching the pedals is located directly under the load cell. In my case, this caused the screw to push against the load cell from below, causing constant pressure, even when the pedal wasn't being used. However, a shorter screw quickly solved the problem. But keep this in mind, if you're using a rig too.

Experience:
I've been using the pedals for a few days now and I'm more than satisfied. Of course, it took some to get used to it (just like driving a new car for the first time in real life). But you notice from the very first moment that the inputs are much more responsive. Because everything seems so much more precise, you get a much better feel for the car and it's behaviour. Even small mistakes can be easily corrected during braking. Before, it was always a bit like "brake and pray", but now the reactions are way more predictable. This reliability gives you more confidence and results in more consistent lap times. The improved pace is more of a "side effect" that will become apparent over time.

Summary:
If you want to upgrade your gear for a reasonable price, this is definetly a good choise. And shopping at MVH Studios was also very good experience.

To improve my braking over the stock pedal feel I've tried a stiffer spring, preloading the spring, the pneumatic piston mod, all to no avail. This mod however, instant improvement! Feels much more like a proper brake pedal - No sponginess, better response, trail braking is so much easier and precise. Definitely worth the cost in my opinion, bravo MVH! If I had just one gripe, the spring is a little squeaky, but I have a volume control to combat that! Looking at the F1L wheel mod soon, now how about a G29 direct drive base mod to put the cherry on top (nudge nudge)?
